WORSHIP TEAM AUDITIONS

3 Steps

Step 1: Read and agree to the document below before auditioning for the worship team. It's important to understand your commitment before initiating the process.

Step 2: Watch the training videos below before your first time serving on the team. You do NOT have to watch them all before auditioning, just before you serve.

Step 3: Submit your audition video/audio of you playing/singing a modern worship song (Think Elevation, Hillsong, etc.). Video is preferred, but audio is acceptable. It does not have to be fancy (record it on your phone) it just needs to be CLEAR. Go into a quiet place with no background noise and a bright light and record. Your video will only be seen by two people and will not be shared ANYWHERE without your permission.

If you have not already filled out the Dream Team form, please do so to let us know what position you are auditioning for. That form can be found here.

Culture Academy

Check Your Frequency

Have you ever listened to the radio only to have another signal cut in? When we serve on a team, it is important to carry the same voice so everyone we are broadcasting to hears the same message. This teaching helps create alignment among each unique memeber of the Momentum teams.

The 3 Cs of Culture

Every church has a culture, and it's important to champion and assimilate into that culture. This teaching helps create a consistent experience for people who encounter Momentum Church

Teamwork makes the dream work

Learn the structure of Teams at Momentum as well as how you might fit within those teams, by discovering your design. Through this teaching, you learn more about how you are wired by taking the Enneagram personality test and the Purpose Paradigm. Make sure to submit your results.

For larger files, you can use the free platform www.wetransfer.com to upload your file and have it emailed directly to Pastor Daniel and Orlando.
